Arkansas center Daniel Gafford will skip the 2018 NBA draft and return to the school for his sophomore season.
Gafford was projected as a mid to late first-round pick in this year’s draft.

He averaged 11.2 points and 6.8 rebounds per game this season while finishing third in the SEC in blocked shots with 2.2 per contest.
Gafford hit double figures in scoring 22 times and had nine games where he recorded at least eight rebounds.
The return of Gafford is certainly good news for head coach Mike Anderson, who loses a large group of players from this year’s team.
Arkansas’s roster featured six seniors this season, with the Razorbacks’ losing their entire backcourt.
Anderson has secured six commitments in the 2018 class, which includes a pair of 4-star prospects in power forward Ethan Henderson and point guard Keyshawn Embery.
