According to 247Sports, Moss ranks as the No. 40 shooting guard and No. 179 player overall in the 2018 class.
The addition of Moss gives Frank Martin and company three commits in this year’s class, with combo guard Jermaine Couisnard and power forward Alanzo Frink already signing with the Gamecocks.
South Carolina should return four of its top six scorers heading into next season, while also adding a major impact player in former 5-star Louisville commit Brian Bowen.
The Gamecocks went 17-16 overall after reaching the Final Four for the first time in school history during the 2016-17 season.
