Mississippi State guard Quinndary Weatherspoon has withdrawn from the 2018 NBA draft and will return to school for his senior season.
The team announced Weatherspoon’s decision on Tuesday, which adds to the list of Bulldogs that have chose to come back for the 2018-19 season.
The 6-4 shooting guard averaged 14.4 points and 6.0 rebounds per game in 31.4 minutes per game during the 2017-18 season.
Today’s word . . . BACK!!

Weatherspoon was one of four Mississippi State players to declare for the draft, with Nick Weatherspoon, Lamar Peters, and Aric Holman already announcing their intentions to return to the program.
That group will be aided by a highly-talented freshman class, which currently ranks in the top 15 nationally.
Ben Howland has signed a trio of 4-star prospects in Reggie Perry, Robert Woodard, and DJ Stewart, while also adding 6-10 JUCO center Jethro Tshisumpa.
The Bulldogs finished 25-12 overall this past season and advanced to the NIT final four before losing to eventual champion Penn State.
