Auburn and North Carolina State have announced a new home-and-home series between the two schools.

The first meeting will take place this upcoming season, with the Tigers traveling to Raleigh to take on the Wolf Pack on December 19.

NC State will then head to Auburn Arena for the 2019 meeting.

The teams have met only once since playing during the 1975-76 season, with the Wolf Pack scoring a 60-58 victory in 2009.

Kevin Keatts will enter his second year at NC State and should be able to continue building momentum thanks to a strong 2018 recruiting class.

According to 247Sports, the Wolf Pack currently rank No. 26 in the team recruiting rankings with several four-star prospects already signed.

As for Auburn, Bruce Pearl should return a plethora of rotation players from this past season, but there are still unknowns due to players declaring for the NBA draft.

Jared Harper, Bryce Brown, and Austin Wiley have all entered into the process and have until May 30 to withdraw to retain their college eligibility.

The Tigers finished 26-8 overall and captured a share of the SEC regular season title before advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
