According to 247Sports, Okoro ranks as the No. 11 small forward and No. 35 overall player in the 2019 class.
The Commodores will look to keep the momentum going with next year’s class after assembling a top-15 class for this year.
Vanderbilt will bring in two 5-star recruits in point guard Darius Garland and power forward Simi Shittu, while also adding 4-star shooting guard Aaron Nesmith.
Bryce Drew must replace three key seniors in Riley LaChance, Jeff Roberson, and Matthew Fisher-Davis, who ranked as the team’s top three 3-point shooters. In addition to the highly-talented recruiting class, Drew will add Notre Dame transfer guard Matt Ryan, who sat out during the 2017-18 season.
The Commodores finished 12-20 overall and missed the postseason for the first time in four years.
