Terry Armstrong, a 4-star guard in the 2019 recruiting class, has received an offer from Arkansas.

The 6-6 shooting guard previously picked up two other SEC offers, with Georgia and Mississippi State both expressing interest.

Arizona State, Oklahoma, and UNLV are other notable schools that have extended offers to him.

According to 247Sports, Armstrong is rated as the No. 3 prospect in Arizona and No. 16 shooting guard in the 2019 class.

Arkansas has one commitment for next year’s class, as 3-star point guard Justice Hill committed to the program as a freshman back in 2016.

Mike Anderson will have to replace a large senior group heading into the 2017-18 season, but he does return center Daniel Gafford (11.8 ppg, 6.2 rpg) while also bringing in a top-35 recruiting class for 2018 that features six freshmen and JUCO guard Mason Jones.

The Razorbacks finished 23-12 overall this past season and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament before losing to Butler.
