Missouri forward Jontay Porter will return to school for his sophomore season after withdrawing from the 2018 NBA draft.
Porter declared for the draft back on April 6 and announced his intentions to come back via Twitter on Wednesday.
The 6-11 power forward averaged 9.9 points and 7.8 rebounds in 24.5 minutes per game during the 2017-18 season.

Porter, along with his brother Michael, were the only two Missouri players to declare as early entrants into this year’s draft.
Jontay chose not to sign with an agent while Michael, who is expected to be a top-10 pick, opted to sign and forgo his remaining college eligibility after sitting out nearly the entire season due to injury.
Missouri loses point guard Kassius Robertson and forward Jordan Barnett as well, but does return a solid front nucleus in Porter, Kevin Puryear, and Jeremiah Tilmon.
The Tigers went 20-13 overall this past season and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in five years.
