Mississippi State has landed a commitment from Siena transfer forward Prince Oduro.
He revealed his decision via Twitter on Saturday morning, choosing Mississippi State over UMass and South Florida.
Due to NCAA transfer rules, Oduro will be forced to sit out next season but will have three years of eligibility remaining.
The 6-8 forward averaged 9.1 points and 5.1 rebounds in 25.6 minutes per game for the Saints during the 2017-18 season.

Oduro chose to transfer after the coaching change at Siena, with Jamion Christian taking over for former head coach Jimmy Patsos.
The addition of Oduro films Mississippi State’s scholarship number and gives Ben Howland another dynamic frontcourt player for the future.
Howland returns his top six scorers from a season ago after Quinndary Weatherspoon, Aric Holman, Nick Weatherspoon, and Lamar Peters all withdrew from this year’s draft.
Mississippi State will also add a top-15 recruiting class to the mix, which includes 4-star prospects Reggie Perry, Robert Woodard, and DJ Stewart, as well as 6-10 JUCO center Jethro Tshisumpa.
The Bulldogs finished 25-12 overall this past season and made it all the way to the NIT final four.
