According to 247Sports, Pember is rated as the No. 6 player in the state and the No. 32 power forward in the 2019 class.
Pember is the second commitment for the Vols in the class, as Rick Barnes and company have already landed 3-star small forward Davonte Gaines.
Barnes returns a loaded roster for the 2018-19 season, with Tennessee set to return its top six scorers after forward Admiral Schofield withdrew from the NBA draft.
The Vols finished 26-9 overall and captured a share of the SEC regular season title before losing to eventual Final Four participant Loyola Chicago in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
