Seven SEC teams are currently in the field in Joe Lunardi’s newest bracket projections for the NCAA Tournament.
The ESPN bracketologist released his latest bracket on Friday, and as expected, Tennessee leads the charge in the SEC with a No. 2 seed.
Meanwhile, Auburn and Kentucky both sit at No. 4 seeds, and Mississippi State is right behind them as a five seed.

LSU is at a No. 9 seed, while Ole Miss and Florida round out the SEC’s spots in the bracket as No. 10 seeds.
Alabama is listed as the first team out of the bracket, and Arkansas is among the teams in the Next Four Out group.
After some early struggles in non-conference play, it seemed like the SEC may be limited to six teams or less in the tournament field.
But with several teams continuing to make strides, tying a record-setting eight teams from a season ago could be in reach.
