Arkansas has hired former Stetson head coach Corey Williams as an assistant coach on Eric Musselman’s staff.
Williams, who played in the NBA and won a championship with the Chicago Bulls in 1993, was fired by Stetson back in May after struggling to find success.
However, Musselman will look to lean on Williams’ experience as an assistant, as he’s had previous stops at Oklahoma State, Oral Roberts, and Florida State.
"We are excited and fortunate to have a coach of Corey’s caliber. His experience as a head coach will be invaluable on our staff and he was widely respected as an assistant coach for building winning programs…Corey will help us compete at a championship level.” @EricPMusselman pic.twitter.com/y8etrJaQMn

Williams is currently the only staff addition that has been made official since Musselman took over.
The former Nevada coach will try to lead the program back to the top of the SEC after compiling a 110-34 record during his four seasons with the Wolf Pack.
Arkansas missed the NCAA Tournament this past season and has not advanced beyond the second round since 1996.
The Razorbacks will return several key contributors next season but must replace the production of sophomore Daniel Gafford, who is likely to be a first round pick in the NBA draft.
