Cal transfer center Connor Vanover has committed to Arkansas.
The 7-3 freshman, who is a Little Rock native, recently visited both Arkansas and Vanderbilt before choosing to join the Razorbacks.
He will be forced to sit out the 2019-20 season due to NCAA transfer rules and will have three years of eligibility remaining.
Excited for the next step in my journey to help me grow and fulfill my dreams. I am grateful and blessed to have the opportunity be an Arkansas Razorback. I'm Coming Home!! WPS!! @RazorbackMBB @EricPMusselman pic.twitter.com/iZT34YRpci

Vanover averaged 7.5 points and 3.0 rebounds per game during his only season with the Golden Bears, and he is certainly an intriguing addition for Eric Musselman and company due to his size and potential.
The Razorbacks return the bulk of their young roster from a season ago, and Musselman will attempt to lead the program beyond the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1996.
