Jacksonville transfer guard JD Notae has committed to Arkansas.
The 6-2 sophomore, who earned All-ASUN Second Team Honors last season, was named the league’s freshman of the year in 2018.
Due to NCAA transfer rules, he will be forced to sit out the 2019-20 season before having two years of college eligibility remaining.
