Oregon transfer guard Victor Bailey Jr. has signed with Tennessee.
The 6-4 junior is a former top 100 recruit and held several offers from other power conference schools before choosing the Ducks.
Due to NCAA transfer rules, Bailey will sit out the 2019-20 season and have two years of eligibility remaining.
Let's just go ahead and make it official.
Welcome to the family, @VBailey_BallIsL ✊

He averaged 7.4 points and 2.0 rebounds per game last season and should be an impact player once he steps onto the court in Knoxville.
The Vols return several key contributors heading into next season, but must find a way to replace the production of Grant Williams, Admiral Schofield, Jordan Bone, and Kyle Alexander.
