Texas A&M and Texas will play each other as part of their 2019-20 non-conference basketball schedules.
They’ll square off on Dec. 8 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, which will mark the first scheduled matchup between the two schools in quite a while.
While the two programs met in a tournament setting during the 2015 Battle 4 Atlantis, they haven’t played against each other as part of the non-conference schedule since the Aggies left the Big 12 in 2012.

Texas holds a sizable lead in the all-time series between the schools, but the renewed rivalry may give Texas A&M to build some momentum depending on how often they play each other moving forward.
The Aggies will try to turn things around next season and return six of their top seven scorers.
