Tennessee forward DJ Burns has reportedly entered the transfer portal.
Burns redshirted during the 2018-19 season and was expected to play a key role in the rotation this season.
The former four-star recruit could still decide to return to the program, but it seems unlikely given his decision to pursue a transfer.

Burns’ exit is one of several departures that Rick Barnes and company have had this offseason, which includes Grant Williams, Admiral Schofield, and Jordan Bone all being selected in the 2019 NBA Draft.
The Vols return Jordan Bowden and Lamonte Turner but must replace lots of frontcourt production if they want to get back to the NCAA Tournament for a third-straight season.
