Ole Miss basketball has released its non-conference schedule for the 2019-20 season.
Kermit Davis enters his second season in Oxford, and the Rebels have a variety of opponents that should provide quality competition heading into SEC play.
Among the group is a Nov. 23 showdown at Memphis, with Penny Hardaway’s squad expected to be one of the most talented teams in the country this season.

Lovell’s Analysis
This is another good non-conference schedule for Ole Miss.
The four-game stretch that includes a road game at Memphis, two games in Brooklyn, and a home game against Butler is certainly the most important set of matchups on the schedule.
If the Rebels can grab a few wins or more from that group, it would undoubtedly help their NCAA Tournament resume.
There’s also a fun game against CSU Bakersfield, who is coached by former Ole Miss head coach Rod Barnes.
With a returning trio of Breein Tyree, Devontae Shuler, and Blake Hinson leading the way, Kermit Davis should have a team that contends for another tournament bid.
