Lovell’s Analysis
Have I mentioned how well the NCAA has handled all of this?
While there is some controversy surrounding a planned exhibition between Boise State and Portland State being canceled (due to the game taking place around athlete’s class times), the NCAA hasn’t gotten in the way of all the good work that these universities are doing.
The Missouri/Kansas game raised $1.75 million already, and there will likely be more of these charity relief games to come all across the country.
Florida visiting Jacksonville will make for a fun atmosphere, but it’ll also do wonders for helping raise money for all the victims of the recent hurricanes.
