It was another wild Saturday in the world of SEC basketball, which resulted in lots of RPI movement.
Eight teams now rank in the top 40 of the RPI, with Auburn remaining in the top 10 following its come-from-behind win over Georgia.
Meanwhile, both Florida and Alabama had considerable jumps following their Saturday victories.
The Gators moved up 14 spots to No. 24 after handing Kentucky its first loss at Rupp Arena since 2014, while the Crimson Tide sits at No. 26 after holding off Mississippi State.
John Calipari’s team did fall 10 spots after the loss to Florida, but the Wildcats remain in fine shape at No. 20.
The rest of the weekend’s winners – Tennessee, Arkansas, and Texas A&M – are also in good position within the top 40.
