The SEC RPI standings remain much the same after another week of compelling of action throughout the conference.
One of the more noticeable movements of the week is the upward climb of the Georgia Bulldogs, who were able to string together back-to-back quality wins last week.
The Bulldogs have jumped 15 spots from last week and firmly planted themselves on the NCAA Tournament bubble, but more wins will still be necessary to get in.
Auburn remains atop the standings; however, the team suffered a major blow in losing Anfernee McLemore to a season-ending ankle injury. Time will tell if the Tigers are able to deal with his absence.
Although Florida comes in at 63rd this week, Mike White’s team will have major opportunities to boost their RPI and tournament standing when they face Tennessee and Auburn this week.
Those two games will likely play a large role in who wins the SEC regular season title as well.
