The sophomore led Auburn in scoring this season with 16.4 points per game while also adding 5.3 rebounds per contest.
Heron eclipsed the 1,000 point mark during his two seasons on the Plains, and scored in double figures in all but three games this season.
The Tigers finished as SEC co-regular season champions and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
