Missouri and Xavier have officially agreed to a home-and-home series.

The first meeting is set to take place during the 2018-19 season in Columbia, with the two teams scheduled to play on December 18.

Travis Steele’s squad will welcome the Tigers to the Cintas Center during the 2019-20 season for a November 12 showdown.

The two programs have played seven times throughout their history, with the most recent game taking place in 2016. The Musketeers captured an 83-82 victory at the Tire Pros Invitational, which marked the third straight victory for them in the overall series.

Xavier has won four straight against Missouri and holds a 5-2 lead in the all-time series between the schools.

Steele will enter his first season with the Musketeers after former coach Chris Mack left for Louisville.

Cuonzo Martin will look to replace several key pieces on the Missouri roster after a successful first season with the program.

The Tigers went 20-13 overall this past season and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in five years.
