Bayron Matos, a 4-star center in the 2020 recruiting class, has committed to Mississippi State.
The 6-8 prospect, who received an offer from Auburn earlier in the week, took his official visit to Starkville this weekend.
He currently attends Hamilton Heights Christian Academy in Chattanooga, Tenn.

According to 247Sports, Matos is ranked as the No. 18 center and No. 132 player overall in the 2020 class.
He becomes the Bulldogs’ first commitment in the class, with Ben Howland keeping the momentum going on the recruiting trail after assembling a top-20 class this year.
