Tennessee and Cincinnati are reportedly to start a home-and-home series beginning with the 2019-20 season.

The first game in the deal would see the Vols travel to First Third Arena, while the Bearcats would head to Knoxville the following season.

Next’s year matchup will mark the seventh meeting between the two schools and the first since 1993, as Cincinnati holds a 5-1 record in the all-time series.

Tennessee is off to a fantastic start in the ’18-19 campaign, with Rick Barnes’ squad sitting at 7-1 on the season after a thrilling 76-73 victory over No. 1 Gonzaga last weekend.

As for the Bearcats, they’re having similar success in jumping out to a 9-1 start.
