2019 SEC basketball recruiting rankings: Florida and Kentucky lead the pack

It’s been an entertaining season in SEC basketball, and the league has a chance to once again gain a lot of exposure in the NCAA tournament.

But as always, coaches are trying to win now while also preparing for the future, and the conference continues to make significant strides in recruiting.

After a ton of success on the recruiting trail in recent years, it appears that the 2019 class will feature plenty of SEC teams fighting for some of the top recruits nationally.

Here’s where all 14 teams stand in the 247Sports recruiting rankings for 2019:

  • No. 9 Kentucky
  • No. 12 Georgia
  • No. 16 Auburn
  • No. 18 Alabama
  • No. 23 Texas A&M
  • No. 30 Tennessee
  • No. 33 Vanderbilt
  • No. 50 Missouri
  • No. 51 Mississippi State
  • No. 58 Ole Miss
  • No. 71 South Carolina
  • No. 90 LSU
  • No. 135 Arkansas

With eight teams in the top 40, it’s clear that SEC basketball recruiting is in good shape due to the excellent coaching throughout the league.
