Eight SEC teams are projected to make the NCAA Tournament in the newest bracketology from ESPN’s Joe Lunardi.

Despite losing to Kentucky a week ago, Tennessee is still a No. 1 seed in the bracket while the Wildcats hold firm at a No. 2 seed.

LSU also stayed in the same spot at a 4-seed, Mississippi State moved up to a 6-seed after a third-straight win, and Auburn and Ole Miss are both No. 8 seeds.

Meanwhile, Florida increased its chances dramatically by jumping up to a 10-seed after the victory at LSU.

Alabama, who has now lost three in a row, is one of the last four teams in the field in a play-in game spot as a No. 12 seed.

It’s also worth noting that South Carolina in the bubble picture at this point as one of Lunardi’s next four teams out.

There are several important SEC games on Saturday, and teams have just five regular season games left to boost their tournament resumes.
