Nimari Burnett, a 5-star guard in the 2020 recruiting class, has picked up an offer from Arkansas.

The 6-3 combo guard, who attends Prolific Prep (CA), has received lots of interest already from numerous schools around the country.

Alabama, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt are the other SEC schools that have offered him, while Arizona, Marquette, and USC are also among the mix.

Burnett is rated as the No. 3 combo guard and No. 25 player overall, according to 247Sports.

Eric Musselman has been hard at work since taking over the program, as he’ll try to put together a roster that can compete at the top of the SEC on a regular basis.

Arkansas has not advanced beyond the second round of the NCAA Tournament since 1996, and many fans are hoping that Musselman can help them find more postseason success.

The Razorbacks must replace their top contributor in Daniel Gafford, but Musselman’s effectiveness on the transfer market could help the team get back on track next season.
