It’s been another wild recruiting college basketball recruiting season, and the SEC continues to put together some of the best classes of any conference in the country.

With most rosters pretty much set for the 2019-20 season, the recruiting rankings give a clearer picture of what the expectations could be for the many newcomers throughout the league.

And as always, the SEC has several teams near the top of the rankings, with Kentucky once again leading the charge at No. 2 nationally.

But the Wildcats aren’t the only conference team to hold a spot in the top 10, as Florida is currently ranked at No. 7 while Georgia is at No. 8.

The Gators will welcome in a loaded class that features a couple of 5-star prospects in Scottie Lewis and Tre Mann, and the Bulldogs will add the nation’s second-best prospect in 5-star shooting guard Anthony Edwards to go along with a host of 4-star talents.

Here’s where the rest of the SEC stands, according to 247Sports:

  • No. 2 Kentucky
  • No. 7 Florida
  • No. 8 Georgia
  • No. 18 Alabama
  • No. 19 Auburn
  • No. 22 Tennessee
  • No. 32 LSU
  • No. 37 Texas A&M
  • No. 38 Missouri
  • No. 43 Ole Miss
  • No. 44 South Carolina
  • No. 47 Vanderbilt
  • No. 57 Mississippi State
  • No. 151 Arkansas

The conference landed seven teams in the NCAA Tournament last season and should have an opportunity to match that thanks to the combination of key returners and talented newcomers.
