Alabama basketball: Tide release 2019-20 non-conference schedule

Alabama basketball has released its 2019-20 non-conference schedule.

Nate Oats is set for his first season in Tuscaloosa, and the Crimson Tide will play one of the most challenging non-conference schedules in the SEC.

Alabama will square off against a variety of opponents at the Battle 4 Atlantis, with Rhode Island, Penn State, Belmont, and Kansas State also on the schedule.

Here’s the full list of non-conference opponents, courtesy of the team’s official website:

  • Nov. 5 vs. Penn
  • Nov. 11 vs. Florida Atlantic
  • Nov. 15 at Rhode Island
  • Nov. 19 vs. Furman
  • Nov. 27 vs. North Carolina (Paradise Island, Bahamas)
  • Nov. 28 vs. Michigan State/Iowa State (Paradise Island, Bahamas)
  • Nov. 29 vs. TBD (Paradise Island, Bahamas)
  • Dec. 6 vs. Stephen F. Austin
  • Dec. 14 at Penn State
  • Dec. 18 vs. Samford (Birmingham, AL)
  • Dec. 21 vs. Belmont (Huntsville, AL)
  • Dec. 29 vs. Richmond
  • Jan. 25 vs. Kansas State

The Tide return several key players entering the season, with Oats also bringing in a top 20 recruiting class.
